KleiMmun ("we," "our," or "the Service") is a music discovery and streaming platform. 9. Local File Upload Agreement

If you upload music or other media from your local device (computer, phone, or other storage), you must explicitly agree to these Terms before each upload is submitted. By checking the upload agreement box and submitting content, you confirm that:

• You own the content you upload, or you have obtained all necessary rights, licenses, and permissions to upload, stream, and share it on KleiMmun.
• You will not upload copyrighted material, recordings, samples, artwork, or other content belonging to others without proper authorization.
• You upload content at your own risk and accept full responsibility for any claims, disputes, or legal issues arising from your uploads.

The Service Provider (KleiMmun) does not review, verify, endorse, or take responsibility for music or media uploaded from users' local devices. We act only as a hosting and distribution platform. We are not liable for the legality, accuracy, copyright status, or quality of user-uploaded content.

10. Copyright and User Content

All responsibility for copyrights and other intellectual property rights in content uploaded or shared by users lies solely with the users who upload or share that content. The Service Provider does not assume responsibility for user-uploaded material.

You represent and warrant that you own or have the necessary rights, licenses, and permissions to upload, stream, and share all content you submit to KleiMmun. You must not copy, reproduce, distribute, or use content created by others (including music, artwork, or any other material) without proper authorization from the rights holders.

We do not routinely monitor or verify the copyright status of user content. If you believe content on the Service infringes your copyright or other rights, please contact us with sufficient detail (e.g. identification of the work, location on the Service, your contact information, and a good-faith statement). We may remove or disable access to content in response to valid notices and in accordance with applicable law.

11. Prohibited Conduct and Content

You must not use the Service to:

• Upload, share, or promote content that infringes any third party's copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property rights.
• Copy, re-upload, or redistribute other users' or artists' content without explicit permission.
• Impersonate others or misrepresent your identity or rights in any content.
• Upload illegal, harmful, offensive, or otherwise prohibited material.

Violation of these rules may result in removal of content, account warnings, suspension, or permanent ban. The Service Provider is not liable for user conduct or user-uploaded content.

12. Account Warnings, Suspension, and Bans

To protect the community and comply with applicable law, KleiMmun enforces a three-strike warning policy for serious or repeated violations of these Terms, including but not limited to copyright infringement, unauthorized uploads, harassment, or other prohibited conduct.

• First violation: You may receive a formal warning. Offending content may be removed.
• Second violation: You may receive a second warning. Additional restrictions may apply (such as temporary upload limits or feature restrictions).
• Third violation: Your account may be permanently banned from the Service. Banned users may lose access to uploads, playlists, and other account features without refund of any paid services, where applicable.

We may skip warnings and ban an account immediately for severe violations (e.g. illegal content, fraud, or egregious copyright abuse). Warning counts may be recorded on your account. Decisions are made at the Service Provider's discretion to keep the platform safe and lawful.

13. Disclaimer of Liability

The Service is provided "as is." To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Service Provider disclaims all warranties and shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service or any user content — including content you or others upload from local devices — including but not limited to copyright infringement by users. Your use of the Service and any reliance on user-generated content is at your own risk.

14. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the updated version on this page and update the "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised policy. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
